SurCom participating in BQ21
The SurCom International Engineering Team has just completed a highly successful participation in the Joint US DoD and NATO Allies exercise Bold Quest 2021 (BQ21) held at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Indiana held 1-18 November.
SurCom International demonstrated the use of the SurCom JAGG (Joint Air Ground Gateway), connecting multiple TDL (Tactical Data Link) streams into one network. SurCom, the only Dutch company participating, was invited to this exercise by the Netherlands Ministry of Defense as centre for knowledge of and experience with Link 16 datalinks. As such we are a long term time TDL partner of the Netherlands Ministry of Defense.
The JAGG system comes in various configurations depending on your specific operational needs, and it offers both Windows ™ and/or Android™ operating systems enabling the user to be flexible in choice of software packages. Depending on the mission, peripherals like monitors and keyboards can be connected directly to the rugged JAGG case or through a series of clients on the IP network.
