Once the work is complete, the temporary equipment is swapped out for your fully serviced original equipment.

Additionally, we provide temporary replacement equipment to ensure you are not without crucial resources. Once maintenance and repairs are complete, we replace the temporary equipment with the original, fully serviced equipment.
We carry out maintenance and repairs ourselves in the Netherlands, either at our own location in Ede or at a location of your preference. If necessary, we deploy a mobile team to expedite the process in the field.
SurCom is entrusted by numerous OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) with the authority to manage worldwide maintenance, repairs, and warranty services throughout the lifespan of their products. We also provide comprehensive product training.
We take full responsibility for delivering robust, high-quality equipment, specifically designed for military use or special applications by civil security services. To ensure optimal performance, we offer maintenance contracts with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), guaranteeing reliable maintenance, timely repairs, or replacements as needed.
